Utilizing Personal Trainers at Club One Fitness in Severna Park

Club One Fitness members utilize our personal training staff to get the most out of their workouts. Below are some frequently asked questions about our personal training programs.

Why Do I Need a Personal Trainer?
Actually, no one said you needed one. But just about everyone can benefit from personal training, from people who have never walked into a health club to personal trainers themselves - anyone can benefit from a good personal trainer because it provides you structure, safety and motivation and leaves you assured that you are getting the most out of your workouts.

Why Are Your Personal Trainers Better Than Other Clubs?
Good question. Why should you believe our personal trainers are of such high quality merely because we say so on our website? Besides that fact that we have recruited great people (in part with the power of our website which has attracted trainers), our trainers are better because we pay them more than other health clubs (70-30 with other financial incentives if you are a great trainer reading this). We don't make money offer the personal training program because we spend more money on it than we really bring in. But our trainers get people in great shape, they tell the whole world about it by they way they look, feel and talk about it, and this does wonders for the overall reputation of our fitness club.

How do I Find a Personal Trainer?
Club One Fitness has a select group of qualified personal trainers. They all have different personalities. We can direct you to the one that is best for you.

How do I Know If Personal Training Is For Me?
If you are a existing member, come talk to us. If you are a new member, use your complementary orientations. See how you feel about your trainer. Even if you love he/she, that personal might not be the best trainer for you. Talk to us and we will put you in the right direction.

How Much Personal Training Should I Have?
This really depends on the person and what your goals are. If you are seeking rapid results, you may want 2 to 3 sessions per week to get yourself where you want to be. But you might also want to use a personal trainer once or twice a week as maintenance from 1 to 2 sessions a week as a 'maintenance' routine so that you know that you are continuing to drive in the right direction without spending more money than you want to?

How Much Does It Cost?

For most of our trainers, around $45 an hour. Because we give our trainers the vast majority of the money they make, they can afford to keep prices low. We would be surprised if you can find rates as competitive as ours for quality certified personal trainers in Maryland.
