Aerobics/Group Exercise Program at Club One Fitness in Severna Park

     Looking to add a strong dose of high energy and motivation to your fight for fitness? Try a Club One Fitness aerobics class! Our group exercise classes are dynamic and energetic and offer a great cross training change of pace to the treadmill, bike or stairclimber or cross-trainer. Our classes combine great instructors who show an interest in the entire class, upbeat and energizing music, a supportive group setting, and a lot of energy and enthusiasm.  The result: RESULTS!    Some examples:

Boxing 101:  A boxing class for beginners, focusing on proper boxing techniques. This class will teach you the fundamentals of boxing through the use of the boxing ring, heavy bags and jump ropes; this class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength. 

Boxing 202:  This is the next level in your boxing instruction and in this class you will hone your skills for use in the ring.  Everything that was covered in Boxing 101 will be moved one-step higher and you will be introduced to the more technical aspect of boxing including proper defense techniques.  This class does include minimal contact.

Boxing for Fitness:  This phenomenal conditioning class will cover the basic fundamentals of boxing while building endurance, coordination, stamina and speed. This high energy cardio/ resistance workout is a great introduction to the world of boxing and conditioning and will help you reach your fitness and weight-loss goals.  You can expect to burn between 800-1,000 calories per class.

Boxing for Kids:  This fun-filled class is designed to teach kids (ages 8–14) discipline and the fundamentals of boxing, while building their confidence and self-esteem.  The class will consist of a warm-up, a period of instruction, games and activities, and a cool down.  Learning the fundamentals of boxing has never been more fun!  Kids…lets get ready to hit the bags!

KO Fitness:  This class is designed to use all of the equipment in the entire gym.  There will be boxing along with intervals on the various cardio and strength equipment.  This total body conditioning class is great for improving stamina and overall strength. 

Boxing Bootcamp: This is a high-intensity, calorie-burning class where you can always expect the unexpected.  This class includes, but is not limited to tire flipping, hill running, calisthenics, and strength training through the use of body weight and plates.  This class concludes with a 15 minute boxing session on the heavy bags.

Yoga:  A traditional Hatha-style yoga.

Pilates: If a strong, tight, flat midsection is what you crave, then this is the class for you!  This class is conducted on a matt and integrates the use of stability balls and hand weights, but focuses on traditional pilates movements to strengthen the back, abdominal muscles and hips.  Improved flexibility and coordination are two benefits as well as a leaner waistline to doing pilates regularly.

Cardio & Strength:  Using your body weight as well as kettlebells, body bars, and hand weights this interval based class will give you the toned physique you’re looking for.  With high intensity and high repetitions this strength class will also provide you with a cardio workout and you will walk out sweating!

 Sports Conditioning:  You can train like an athlete, even if you aren’t one!   This class will incorporate different athletic drills, using things like the agility ladder and hand weights to tone your entire body.  This class proves you don’t have to play sports to have fun while you are working out, or to get that amazing body! 

KardioKrav:  A highly energetic workout focusing on self-defense and Krav Maga based movements but with non-stop, heart-pumping fun!  You’ll walk away from every workout completely drenched and full of confidence.
