Our group exercise classes are dynamic and energetic and offer a great cross training change of pace to the treadmill, bike or stairclimber or cross-trainer. Cardio Step: This 60-minute step class will leave you gasping for air. This challenging class promises to get your heart rate up and leave it there! If you’re ready to sweat, then this is the class for you!
Happy Hour: An energizing class combining half an hour of hi–lo floor aerobics, with half an hour of Pilates. The hi-lo portion is great for cardio and muscle conditioning, while Pilates helps strengthen your abs and tone your entire body.
Kickboxing 4 Health: In this class, you will punch, kick and sweat your way to a more lean and toned body! Challenge yourself to one of the most demanding and fun workouts around! This 60-minute class uses standing targets and is a great way to relieve stress while shedding those pounds. Assertive instruction in this class offers a no pain no gain attitude with a kind and gentle affect! This powerful workout is for all fitness levels.
Yoga: This 60-minute stretching class will increase your flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress. Yoga is a form of mind body exercise, which is a meditative activity performed with focused awareness. Come and feel the difference!
Saturday Special: The format of this 75-minute class will vary from step to hi/lo aerobics! Body bars, dyna-bands, resist-a-balls and dumbbells will also be added to tone and sculpt your body! The class will always end with an All About Abs session! The Saturday Special class is a great way to try group exercise, so come out and give it a try!
Sports Conditioning: You can train like an athlete, even if you aren’t one! This class will incorporate different athletic drills, using things like the agility ladder and hand weights to tone your entire body. This class proves you don’t have to play sports to have fun while you are working out, or to get that amazing body!
Step & Tone: An intermediate step class designed to teach you the basics of step to prepare you for more advanced step classes. Or come to brush up on your steps! This 60-minute class will incorporate hand weights and toning exercises to make it an energy-packed interval class!
Advanced/ Competitive Boxing: An advanced boxing class using the boxing ring, punching bags and jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength. This class also contains sparring.
Boxing for Fitness: This phenomenal conditioning class will cover the basic fundamentals of boxing while building endurance, coordination, stamina and speed. This high energy cardio/ resistance workout is a great introduction to the world of boxing and conditioning.
Boxing for Kids: This fun-filled class is designed to teach kids (ages 8–16) discipline and the fundamentals of boxing, while building their confidence and self-esteem. The class will consist of a warm-up, a period of instruction, games and activities, and a cool down. Learning the fundamentals of boxing has never been more fun! Kids…lets get ready to hit the bags!
